43rd District Court - Drunk Driving

If you are charged with a Michigan DUI misdemeanor offense in Ferndale, Hazel Park or Madison Heights your case will be heard at the 43rd District Court.  

If you are charged with a Michigan DUI felony offense in Ferndale, Hazel Park or Madison Heights your case will begin at the 43rd District Court for preliminary examination then proceed to the Oakland County Circuit Court for trial.
