Attorney Jonathan Paul |
Jonathan is licensed to practice law in Michigan and New York. He graduated from the University of Michigan Law and has authored five books on criminal law. Jonathan worked as a prosecutor both in New York City and in Michigan. Along with representing clients, he serves as a faculty member for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
Jonathan has been selected in multiple years as one of the top criminal attorneys in Michigan by Super Lawyers Magazine and earned a "Superb" 10.0 Avvo Rating from his past clients. Jonathan is passionate about helping clients who find themselves on the wrong side of the law, and are motivated to change the perception of their case with the prosecution, police and judge. He relies on his past experience as a prosecutor to put his clients in the best position to accomplish their goals both inside and outside the courtroom, playing the dual role of attorney and coach. Jonathan resides in Ann Arbor with his wife and two children. |
Chief of Staff - Tiffany Storm |
10Tiffany is the Chief of Staff for the firm and oversees client case management and programming. She obtained a degree in Criminal Justice from Oakland University with concentrated studies in corrections and rehabilitation. Tiffany’s research included causes of recidivism, crime policy, and the re-entry process. After graduation, she worked in corrections until moving on to work with probationers in the Oakland County courts.
Tiffany is in her second year at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, pursuing her J.D, and serves as President of the Criminal Law Society. She is a member of both the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan student sections, and plans to practice criminal law after completing law school. Tiffany’s 10-year-old son, a defenseman for a local hockey team, describes her as “helpful, nice, and funny.” Her hobbies include CrossFit and spin, watching football and baseball, baking, and spending time outside and with her family. |
Client Relations Specialist Susan Roth |
Before joining our team, Susan served as the Executive Assistant at Kingsborough Community College in New York City, serving seven presidents over a twenty-five year span. Through her extensive experience she excelled in high-level problem solving, and communicating with local and state government officials, administrators, staff, students and parents in a positive, friendly and patient manner.
Along with her administrative role, she served as an Ombudsman, leading investigations and solving difficult problems; she was known as the "fixer" for many years. Her strength was to “read” whomever she dealt with so that the outcome would be positive to all parties. As our Client Relations Specialist, Susan strives to make our clients feel comfortable in a welcoming and professional manner. She works with the courts, prosecutor and police departments on a daily basis to keep all of our clients updated on the progress of their case. |
